Promoting Your Racetrack
By Bruce C. Walls
When I talk with racetrack owners about promoting their track you’ll hear a collective moan. “It’s a lot of work and I don’t have the time and it costs a lot of money,” they groan. But like any other business good promotion is the key to success. Many small businesses fail to include an advertising budget in their business plan, others that do often waste those funds because they don’t understand how best to use funds set aside for promotion and advertising. Yes it is a lot of work, yes done right it takes some time and you have to spend a little money. Sorry, but that’s how it works
